1)Complete kitchen renovation, electricity and plumbing redone, windows, ceramic flooring, cabinets, countertops and appliances.
2)Hardwood floors
3)Closing of opening in the hallway to create a den/office or 5th bedroom on 2nd floor.
4)Fireplace mantel in living room and addition of electric fireplace
5)Stairs and handrails.
6)Renovated 2nd-floor bathroom
7)Walk-in closet with shelving system and poles in master bedroom.
8)Complete renovation of basement, bedroom and bathroom, recessed lighting, electricity, plumbing and new floating floors.
9)New recessed lighting in kitchen, living room and addition of ceiling lights for each bedroom.
10)Replacement of furnace and heat pump in 2019
11)Complete replacement of the property fence
